The (EES) Engineering Education Scheme in England & Scotland is a 6 month EDT Programme which links teams of four Year 12 or S5/S6 students and their teacher with local companies where they work on real, scientific, engineering and technology projects. This year a group from St Augustine’s Catholic High School in Redditch worked with a team from Thorlux Lighting to produce a demonstration case explaining the application of light and its effect on colour perception in the retail sector.
